Under the direction of the Principal, a Teacher creates and delivers engaging lessons to diverse groups of students at all levels and promotes enthusiasm for learning and subjects. In addition, you will be responsible for building positive relationships and working collaboratively with students, parents, and staff members to foster a positive experience for the entire learning community.

Qualifications:
A current Minnesota Teaching License is required OR a letter from the college is sent to the school noting that the candidate has applied for a MN teaching license.
A Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.
Must have strong classroom management skills and maintain classroom order.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Must collaborate with other teachers to design and coordinate assessments and utilize data to target student needs.
Must have experience with curriculum and assessment design and implement best practice teaching and learning strategies.
Must adhere to national curriculum standards and collect and report on correct and detailed records of student performance.
Ability to use current technology as an instructional tool.
