District/Organization Description:

The Minnetonka School District will insist on a
curriculum designed to stretch students’ minds and
prepare them to thrive in both American society and
the world at large. The District’s curriculum will reflect
critical dimensions of student success, including
academics, character development, physical and mental
health, leadership and service. It will not be limited by
government-prescribed standards for competency.
Learning will be connected from grade level-to-grade
level and from subject-to-subject, and it will be aligned
with measures of progress. Curricular programs will
be open and available to all who are interested and
prepared for the work.
