Upper Valley Special Education Unit is located in North East North Dakota. The UVSE office is located in Grafton, ND. UVSE employs special education teachers for nine school districts in Grand Forks, Walsh, and Pembina Countys. Our school districts include Emerado Public Schools, Larimore Public Schools, Manvel Public Schools, Midway Public Schools, Minto Public Schools, Fordville-Lankin Public Schools, Park River Public Schools, Grafton Public Schools, and Cavalier Public Schools.
