The Montana Council of Administrators of Special Education (MCASE) has a long standing commitment to recruiting highly qualified special education personnel. With increasing difficulty in recruiting special education staff, MCASE members concluded that action was necessary, and in 2005 formed a committee to systemically recruit special education personnel to Montana.
MCASE is working in conjunction with School Administrators of Montana (SAM) and the Office of Public Instruction (OPI) to recruit highly-qualified personnel to Montana. We are looking for certified Speech-Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, Special Education Teachers, Special Education Directors, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Sign Language Interpreters and any other personnel necessary to accommodate children with special needs in Montana public schools.
Recruiters for the MSRP attend national, regional and local conferences and career fairs, travel to universities to visit with professors and students as well as post openings online. We believe that the personal touch through face-to-face contact, phone calls and emails demonstrate true Montana hospitality and helps to build relationships with candidates. We strive to match candidates with positions that will be successful for both schools and individuals with the goal of not offering jobs, but careers in Montana’s pristine beauty.

MSRP connects candidates directly with school districts and special education cooperatives that are hiring. We do not interview or hire candidates.
