District/Organization hiring and interviewing instructions and processes for candidates:
At Aurora Charter School, we believe our greatest resource is the people who form our team. Available positions are posted on Frontline, K-12 Job Spot, St.Cloud EdPost, and school website.
Human Resources reviews the application and offers interviews. A small group of staff members, composed of the Principal, and relevant teachers/staff conduct the interview. Interview questions will be provided prior to the interview in addition to a tour of the school.
Responses are scored on a scale of 1-4 to keep results and hiring process decisions objective. If unable to make a decision between two applicants who are tied, an additional interview may be requested.
The administration team makes the final decision on hiring, a phone call will be received and an official offer will be provided by the Human Resource Generalist by email. All employment agreements are finalized by the school board.
